Job Description

Stock Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for deliveries.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
  • Prepare stock reports and update inventory systems.

Petty Cash Handling

  • Manage daily petty cash expenses and maintain proper records.
  • Issue cash for small operational expenses with proper approval.
  • Collect bills and vouchers for all transactions.
  • Maintain a petty cash register and ensure balance accuracy.
  • Submit periodic expense reports to accounts/management.
