Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly service.

Present and demonstrate jewellery products in person and over video calls.

Explain product details, including design, materials, pricing, care, and availability.

Assist customers in selecting suitable products and completing purchases.

Respond to customer enquiries through phone, messaging platforms, social media, and video calls.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong customer relationships.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Manage stock levels, product displays, pricing, and inventory records.

Ensure jewellery is handled, stored, and displayed securely.
