Job Description

We're looking for a Store Assistant to manage day-to-day operations at our automotive parts distributorship, including receiving and stocking inventory against purchase orders, maintaining accurate stock records, assisting walk-in customers and dealers with parts availability and orders, packing and dispatching goods, supporting periodic stock audits, coordinating with suppliers and transporters, handling basic billing and invoicing (including GST-compliant documentation), and keeping the store organized and well-labeled. Ideal candidates have a PUC/Diploma or higher qualification, 1–3 years of store/warehouse/retail experience (automotive parts background preferred), basic computer and billing software literacy, good communication skills in Kannada/English/Hindi, and are reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable of handling stock movement.
