• Guide customers on organic products, ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
• Sales & BillingOperate POS systems and manage cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately.
• Promote in-store offers, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to help achieve store sales targets.
• Store OperationsEnsure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
• Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates regularly.
• Assist in receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the store.
