Store Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, and material movement. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of inventory management processes, purchasing, and stock control, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Monitor and control material movement to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and monitor reorder points.
• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for incoming materials.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
• Maintain accurate store documentation and inventory records.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Generate inventory and stock reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and safety standards.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).
• Sound knowledge of material movement, inventory management, and store operations.
• Experience in maintaining reorder levels, raising Purchase Orders, preparing GRNs, and stock reconciliation.

Experience working in garment manufacturing is preferred.
