Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Store Helper to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. This role is focused on physical tasks like picking, packing, delivery, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
● Pick items from shelves as per customer or manager’s instructions
● Pack products safely and assist in loading/unloading goods
● Help place purchased products in customer vehicles
● Maintain cleanliness and order in the store and storage areas
● Support deliveries and general store operations
Qualifications:
● Education: SSLC or PUC
● Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role preferred
● Languages: Kannada, Hindi (must be able to communicate with customers and team)
● Physically fit and able to handle lifting/packing work
● Willingness to learn and support multiple tasks
● Team player with a positive attitude
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
