Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Store Sales Associate to manage sales and customer service at our ice cream franchise store. The role involves assisting customers, promoting products, handling billing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring a positive customer experience while following brand standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in selecting ice cream products.
• Explain available flavors, offers, and promotional schemes.
• Process billing and payment transactions accurately.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain product displays, freezers, and store presentation according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure adequate stock availability and report shortages to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with inventory counting and stock management.
• Follow all franchise operational procedures and customer service standards.
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th Pass.
• Prior retail or food retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting To: Store Manager / Franchise Owner

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Prasanth Nagar extension, white field, near hope farm signal.

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Store Timings: 12:00 PM to 8:00 pm & second shift (part time) 8:00 pm to 1:00am

Note: This role is focused on the sale of pre-packaged/stick ice cream products and maintaining an excellent customer experience in a branded franchise environment.
