Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities 

* Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase 

orders and delivery documents. 

* Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system or stock registers. 

* Issue materials to production as per approved material requisition notes (MRNs). 

* Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for replenishment. 

* Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. 

* Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials. 

* Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices where 

applicable. 

* Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality for smooth material flow. 

* Maintain proper documentation for inward, outward, and stock transfer 

transactions. 

* Ensure housekeeping, safety, and 5S implementation within the store area. 

* Control and monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete 

inventory. 

* Supervise store assistants and allocate daily work effectively. 

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports for management. 

* Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory 

guidelines. 

Required Qualifications 

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 

* 3–5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in a 

manufacturing environment. 

* Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar inventory 

management systems) is preferred. 

Required Skills 

* Inventory and warehouse management 

* ERP and MS Excel proficiency 

* Material planning and stock control 

* Documentation and record keeping 

* Team leadership and coordinationcords, and ensuring timely replenishment. They are also responsible for conducting inventory audits and ensuring the safe and organized storage of supplies
