Role Summary

You will be responsible for running the studio end-to-end — managing store operations, leading client consultations, and driving sales conversions across couture, pret, and bespoke orders. This is a client-facing luxury role combining hands-on styling with ownership of studio operations and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Oversee daily studio operations, presentation, and brand standards
• Manage inventory, stock movement, and order tracking
• Coordinate with production/design teams on order timelines and delivery
• Ensure smooth scheduling of client appointments, trials, and fittings
• Maintain records for sales, enquiries, and client documentation

Client & Sales

• Lead client consultations for couture, pret, and bespoke orders
• Understand client needs and recommend styles aligned with the brand
• Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed orders
• Capture client requirements accurately and ensure order documentation is complete
• Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Oversee trials, fittings, and the final delivery experience
• Track sales performance against targets and report to leadership
