Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Coordinate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods receipt notes (GRN), delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal departments for smooth material flow.
- Track shipments and resolve logistics-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and operating procedures.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and inventory reports.
- Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP processes.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
