Job Description

Support Executive (Fresher)

We are looking for a Support Executive to assist customers and internal teams by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Provide timely resolution or escalate issues to the concerned team
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist in preparing reports using MS Excel
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support


Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge
