Job Description
Support Executive (Fresher)
We are looking for a Support Executive to assist customers and internal teams by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide timely resolution or escalate issues to the concerned team
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in preparing reports using MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt support
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
