Job SummaryNoBroker is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our HR team. We are looking for candidates with recruitment experience in the Real Estate/PropTech industry who can manage end-to-end hiring and join immediately.
- ExperienceMinimum 1+ year of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
- Mandatory: At least 1 year of recruitment experience in the Real Estate/PropTech industry
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines
