Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Provide remote/onsite support to Tally customers

Troubleshoot functional, configuration, and data-related issues in Tally Prime / ERP 9

Handle customer queries related to accounting flow, vouchers, reports, and errors

Resolve support tickets within SLA timelines


Technical Skills

Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9

Good understanding of:

Accounting concepts (for explanation purposes)

GST & TDS functionality in Tally

Ability to diagnose functional vs data vs configuration issues

Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, multi-user setup)
