📝 Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead to manage Grahak Mitra operations within SBI branches. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring quality customer service, coordinating with branch staff, and supporting smooth day-to-day branch operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the Grahak Mitra team across assigned SBI branches

• Ensure customers receive timely assistance and guidance within the branch

• Support customers with banking forms, transactions, and service requests

• Guide customers in using digital banking services such as YONO, UPI, ATM, ADWM, and Internet Banking

• Maintain high standards of customer service and branch support

• Coordinate with branch officials and staff for smooth operational activities

• Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution of issues

• Monitor team attendance, productivity, and performance

• Prepare and submit daily operational reports

• Train and motivate team members to achieve service excellence
