  • Welcome customers, help them with their order, and make sure they feel taken care of
  • Take accurate food orders — dine-in, takeaway, and delivery — and serve them quickly
  • Prepare, pack, and plate food items as per Biryani Blues standards
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Work hand-in-hand with the kitchen and service team throughout the shift
  • Wash utensils and keep the kitchen area clean and ready
  • Wipe floors, clean tables, and maintain hygiene across the outlet
  • Follow food safety standards at all times — no shortcuts
