Role SummaryA QSR Team Member is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting overall restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service

• Greet customers and take orders accurately
• Handle cash/card payments and operate POS systems
• Address customer questions and resolve basic complaints

2. Food Preparation

• Prepare food items according to company standards
• Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation

3. Order Handling

• Assemble and pack orders quickly and correctly
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery

4. Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and work areas
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures
• Dispose of waste properly

5. Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with other team members
• Support shifts during busy hours
• Follow instructions from supervisors or shift managers
• Skills & RequirementsGood communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills (for billing and cash handling)
