IT Technical Support
Job Summary Provide technical assistance to users by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues. Support end users through phone, email, chat, or in-person assistance to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and user queries promptly
- Provide remote and onsite technical support
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues
- Maintain IT documentation and issue logs
- Support operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS
- Configure email clients, VPNs, and office applications
- Ensure security updates and antivirus systems are active
- Required Skills Knowledge of operating systems and computer hardware
- Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote desktop tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Office and cloud tools
