Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations and ensure smooth ticket management.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely resolution within SLA timelines.
• Provide technical support for projector-related hardware and software issues.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution for customer complaints.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, and service records.
• Prioritize and manage assigned tasks effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Track and update customer issues regularly in the ticketing system.
• Support knowledge sharing by documenting common issues and solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in technical support or service operations, preferably in electronics or projectors.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.
• Familiarity with SLA management and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
