Telecaller

Responsibilities-

• Make high volume outbound calls to potential clients for leads in a healthcare center.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries and providing service information.
• Explain product/service benefits, overcome objections, and convert leads into sales.
• Update CRM/systems with accurate customer details, call records, and sales progress.
• Follow communication scripts and meet daily/weekly calling targets and KPIs.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for deal closure. 

Requirements:

• Education: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate (varies by role).
• Experience: Fresher to 2+ years (specifics vary).
• Skills: Excellent Communication (English, Kannada a plus), Convincing Ability, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management.
• Attributes: Target-driven, energetic, customer-focused.
• Languages: Fluent English required; Local language (Kannada, Malayalam) beneficial for specific roles.
