Handle patient queries politely and professionally
Maintain call records and update LMS
Coordinate with clinic staff for appointments and follow-ups
Generate daily call reports

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Confident and polite speaking skills
Experience in telecalling/customer service preferred
Ability to handle patients professionally
