Telecaller

Jayswal Agencies is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries related to acoustic treatment, soundproofing, drywall partitions, false ceilings, and other services.
• Clearly understand customer requirements and provide basic information about company services.
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers for follow-ups, inquiries, and lead generation.
• Share customer requirements with the technical/sales team and coordinate accordingly.
• Maintain proper call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
• Schedule site visits and appointments in coordination with the field team.
• Ensure polite, professional, and timely communication with customers.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email).
• Pleasant personality with good listening skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently.
• Experience:0–2 years of experience as a telecaller or customer support executive.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
