Job Description
Telecaller – Debt Recovery (Bank Process)
Responsible for contacting customers with pending loan or credit payments on behalf of the bank. The telecaller follows up with customers through calls, reminds them about overdue payments, explains repayment options, and encourages timely settlement of dues while maintaining professional communication and compliance with bank policies.
