Job Description
- 1. Telecaller – Banking RecoveryResponsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments (loans/credit cards).
- Explain repayment options and negotiate settlements as per bank policies.
- Record call details, payment commitments, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with bank’s recovery and customer service guidelines.
- Prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and regional languages.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
