Job Description
🔹 Job Role
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle debt recovery calls and skip tracing activities for banking and financial clients.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment follow-ups
- Handle overdue / delinquent accounts
- Perform skip tracing to locate unreachable customers
- Update call records and maintain MIS
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure target achievement
- Follow compliance guidelines and call ethics
🔹 Requirements
- Basic communication skills (English + Kannada/Tamil/Hindi preferred)
- Knowledge of collection process is an advantage
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
