Job Description

Looking for Banking Recovery Telecaller (or Debt Collection Executive) is responsible for contacting customers with overdue accounts to negotiate repayment, resolve payment disputes, and secure outstanding dues. The role requires a polite but firm approach, strong negotiation skills, and strict adherence to banking regulations and ethical standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calling: Dial assigned lists of delinquent borrowers, inform them of outstanding dues, and discuss pending Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs).
  • Negotiation & Settlement: Negotiate feasible repayment plans, restructure payment terms, or offer settlements in line with bank policies and the customer's financial situation.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and broken promises in the CRM or banking software.
  • Follow-Ups: Consistently track and follow up on promised payment dates to ensure timely realization of funds.
