Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

👉 Spoken English Course Sales Caller (WhatsApp + Call)

We are looking for a motivated caller who can speak with leads and help them join our English speaking program.

Your role is NOT just calling — your job is to:

👉 Understand the lead

👉 Qualify seriousness

👉 Convert them into paid students

• 📌 RESPONSIBILITIESCall leads who have shown interest (from ads/WhatsApp)
• Ask simple questions to understand their level and intent
• Explain the program in a simple Hinglish tone
• Handle basic objections (time, price, hesitation)
• Send payment link and follow up
• Maintain basic lead status (Interested / Not Interested / Paid)

🎯 WHAT YOU WILL SAY (CORE TASK)You will:

• Ask: “Aap English bolna kyu seekhna chahte ho?”
• Check: “Daily 15–20 min practice kar paoge?”
• Explain: “Yeh course theory nahi, daily practice based hai”
• Close: “Agar serious ho, aaj hi seat confirm kar lo”
• ✅ IDEAL CANDIDATEComfortable in Hinglish conversation
• Confident on phone (not shy)
• Can handle objections calmly
• Basic understanding of English speaking problem
• Sales mindset (important)

• Only Hindi speakers (no English understanding)
