Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling Executive
Location: Marathahalli
Department: Customer Support
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills who can fluently speak at least 3 to 4 languages (Hindi, English, Kannada, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, or Telugu). The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, customer queries, and promoting our laptop store services and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Communicate fluently in multiple languages with customers.
- Provide accurate information about laptops, accessories, and services.
- Convert inquiries into walk-ins and sales opportunities.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and customer records.
- Ensure excellent customer service and support.
Required Languages (Any 3–4 fluently):
- Hindi
- English
- Kannada
- Tamil
- Bengali
- Marathi
- Telugu
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months–2 years of telecalling/customer support experience (Fresher with good communication also considered).
- Fluency in 3 or more languages (mandatory).
- Good telephonic etiquette and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
