Telecaller Outbound

Job OverviewWe are looking for a goal-oriented Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, explaining our value proposition, and persuading them to engage with our products/services. You must be an excellent communicator with the ability to handle rejection professionally and keep a positive attitude.

• Key Responsibilities: Outbound Prospecting: Initiate calls to potential customers using a predefined database or lead list.
• Pitching & Persuasion: Follow a basic script to explain product features, benefits, and pricing, while tailoring the conversation to the customer’s needs.
• Lead Qualification: Identify "warm" leads and schedule appointments or demos for the senior sales team.
• Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, feedback, and sales status in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Objection Handling: Confidently address customer concerns, doubts, or complaints to keep the sales process moving.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume and monthly sales/lead conversion targets.
• Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to prospects who showed interest but did not convert during the initial contact.
