Job Description

We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound/Inbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases
  • Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback
  • Follow up on previous interactions and maintain client relationships
