Job Description

Job Summary: The Telesales/Presales Specialist will play a crucial role in our sales team,nurturing potential clients, and facilitating the initial stages of the sales process. This role involves conducting outreach to potential clients, presenting property options, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct initial callings with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide information about available properties and guide them through the options that best fit their requirements.
  • Outbound Calling
  • Property visits
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns. Track communication history and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market conditions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share valuable feedback on client interactions. Assist in organizing property viewings and open houses as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Track performance metrics and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge: Callings, property types, and market trends.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
