Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining policy benefits, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships. • Key ResponsibilitiesContact prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Explain motor, health, life, term, travel, and other insurance products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable policies.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
