Job Description
Customer Interaction:
Welcome, greet, and interact with potential clients (corporate clients, architects, project managers) in the showroom or via virtual meetings.
Sales Prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
Product Demonstration: Demonstrate modular furniture features, benefits, and office solutions (e.g., workstations, cabins, chairs) to clients.
Design Coordination: Work with the in-house design team to prepare layouts, 2D/3D plans, and quotations.
Client Consultation: Understand client requirements, offer space-planning suggestions, and provide cost-effective solutions.
Closure & Follow-up: Assist in negotiating, preparing quotations, and closing sales deals. Reporting: Track sales performance, manage client data in CRM, and provide regular reports.
