Position: Telecaller Executive

Location: J.P.Nagar 2nd phase, Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the real estate sector.
• Provide information about our properties, services, and promotions.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through available options.
• Schedule appointments for site visits and property discussions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining call records and using CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate or a related field.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
• Fluency in multiple languages, if applicable.
