Job Description
Role Title: Marketing & Sales Associate
The Role
We are looking for someone to help us find new customers by combining digital outreach with direct phone calls. You will be responsible for running online marketing campaigns to attract interest and then calling those leads to start sales conversations.
What You Will Do
Digital Marketing: Create and manage ads and social media posts to get more people interested in our services.
Telecalling: Reach out to new leads via phone to introduce our company, answer questions, and schedule meetings.
CRM Management: Keep our customer database updated with call notes and lead statuses.
Tracking Results: Look at marketing data to see what works and adjust your approach to bring in more business.
What We Are Looking For
Great Talker: You are confident and friendly on the phone.
Tech-Savvy: You know your way around social media, email tools, and basic office software.
Organized: You can handle both creative marketing tasks and structured daily calling goals.
