Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to maximize team performance and meet sales targets.

Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of the team, ensuring all metrics are met or exceeded.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing team performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Quality Assurance: Oversee call quality and adherence to company policies, ensuring that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in BPO.

At least 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a BPO or sales environment.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills

Should have handled 12+ team size.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.

Personal Attributes:

Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and succeed.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a positive team environment.

Additional Requirements:

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business & rotational weekly off

Salary is between 30-40k based on the interview
