Job Description
Telemarketing Executive
Location : Shanti Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka
💼 Experience0–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
🎓 Qualification : 12th Pass / Graduate
💰 Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain Club Mahindra holiday membership benefits and generate customer interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- ✅ Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with strong convincing skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented.
- Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or BPO is preferred.
