Tele Counsellor – Domestic | Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd.📍 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (In-Hand) + Performance Incentives
🕒 Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students.
- Explain Frankfinn's courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Invite candidates for free career counselling sessions at the institute.
- Follow up with interested candidates and ensure they visit the centre.
- Maintain accurate call records and achieve daily calling targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with potential students.
- Eligibility Criteria12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Voice Process.
- Age: 18–30 years.
- Male & Female candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge.
