Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases.
  • Introduce products/services and explain features/benefits.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in CRM.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
  • Follow up with leads via call/email as per process.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.
