Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database provided.  Pitch holiday membership plans and clearly explain benefits.  Generate interest and schedule appointments for in-person or virtual presentations.  Achieve daily and monthly targets of calls and conversions.  Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.  Follow up with interested leads and ensure high conversion.  Maintain professionalism and brand representation during all interactions. Desired Candidate Profile:  Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or BPO voice process.  Good communication and convincing skills in English and regional languages.  Target-driven and self-motivated.  Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.  Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience is a plus.
