Job Description
This is not a passive sales role. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, and converting them into confirmed projects.
You will be dealing with customers across India for play equipment projects including schools, resorts, apartments, and commercial spaces.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and qualify inbound leads from ads (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct calls and Zoom meetings with clients
- Share ideas, concepts, and guide clients in planning their play area
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Consistently follow up and close deals
- Coordinate with internal team for design and execution
- What We ExpectFluent in Malayalam & English (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Comfortable with calls, video meetings, and follow-ups
- Basic understanding of sales process (or willingness to learn fast)
- Self-driven — no hand-holding mindset
