Telesales Executive

Royal Realty Infra is looking for energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to promote premium residential projects from some of India's leading real estate developers, including Prestige, Sobha, Godrej, Puravankara, Casagrand, and other reputed builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calling and lead follow-up).
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment goals.
• Explain suitable residential projects based on customer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers.
• Convince interested customers to schedule project site visits.
• Coordinate and confirm site visit appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and update lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling targets and contribute towards monthly business goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage).
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of Bengaluru locations and major residential areas.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Customer Support, or Real Estate is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
