Job Description

Inside sales Executive

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month (Target Based) (70%fix + 30% Variable) + Performance based incentive

Work Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore


Responsibilities:


  • Calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase products and services.
  • Generating promising leads and meetings for the field sales team to pursue.
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to set meetings and respond to customer objections.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Continually meeting or overachieving daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and meetings.


What are we looking for?

  • 2-4 years proven experience working as a tele sales executive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to follow scripts.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
