Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate business through outbound and inbound calls. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into successful sales
- Explain company services, packages, and offers clearly to customers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
