Job Description
Telesales Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and customers regarding education loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into successful applications.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application process and ensure timely documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Education Loan Sales, BFSI Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( Hindi )
