Job Description
A Telesales Representative drives revenue by generating leads and closing sales over the phone. They pitch products or services to prospective customers, address inquiries, upsell, and update client databases. Success requires excellent communication, active listening, and strong negotiation skills to meet daily and monthly sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients based on provided or researched leads.
- Sales Pitching: Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly while following a structured sales script.
- Closing Deals: Qualify prospects, identify customer needs, and persuade clients to purchase or upgrade services.
- Customer Retention: Address customer complaints, resolve doubts, and maintain long-lasting relationships to preserve brand reputation.
