Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, explain our products, follow up on enquiries, prepare quotations, convert leads into sales, and coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams. The role also involves maintaining customer records, providing after-sales support, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • PUC/Diploma/Graduate
  • Good communication skills in Kannada (mandatory); English and Hindi preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
  • Prior tele-calling or sales experience is preferred
  • Good communication and convincing skills
