Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound leads for premium real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling site visits to drive sales conversions.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls for real estate enquiries
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and timeline
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and USPs
- Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM tools like Zoho Bigin
- Handle objections and provide accurate information to clients
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams for lead conversion
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets (calls, site visits, bookings)
Preffered Candidates Profile:
1–4 years of experience in telesales (real estate preferred)
Strong communication skills in English + regional language
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Experience in handling digital leads (Meta / Google Ads preferred)
Basic knowledge of Bangalore real estate market is an advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
