Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for generating leads, calling prospective buyers, and supporting sales closures for Dry fruit & Spices.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads from CRM, portal leads (Trade India, India Mart, google etc.).
- Understand buyer requirements and match suitable supplier or inventory.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales team.
- Follow up with prospects until closure; maintain high call productivity.
- Update CRM daily with call notes, lead stage, and feedback.
- Handle basic inbound queries regarding property availability.
Required Skills
- Excellent Kannada, Hindi and English communication
- Strong persuasion & follow-up skills
- Real estate resale knowledge
- Lead nurturing ability
- Basic CRM/Excel handling

Qualifications
- Graduate/12th Pass
- 2 - 5 years' experience in tele calling
