Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain financial products and EMI solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional language is an advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Eligibility12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, loan sales, insurance, fintech, or BPO is preferred.
