Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and well-presented Therapist to deliver high-standard aesthetic treatments and ensure a premium client experience. The role involves assisting dermatologists, performing prescribed treatments, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional skin, hair, and body treatments including facials, peels, clean-ups,and assist in advanced procedures

• Assist dermatologists during clinical and aesthetic procedures (laser, PRP, medi-facials, etc.)

• Conduct basic consultations and skin/hair analysis as per clinic protocols

• Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare routines, and post-procedure care

• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards

• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and progress tracking

• Deliver a premium, personalized client experience at every touchpoint

• Support clinic operations including inventory management and coordination with the front desk

• Contribute to achieving clinic targets through service excellence and client retention

Requirements

• Diploma in related field

• 6 Months–2 years of experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic (freshers with strong training may be considered)

• Knowledge of skin, hair, and body treatments and basic dermatological procedures

• Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
